April in America
We are just days away from heading back to Indonesia on May 5th. We will not be back to the USA until September 29th. One very big thing we will be doing on this trip is renewing Eta’s visa for the USA. Please pray she will not have any trouble getting it renewed.
It was a very busy month of April in the United States. We are thankful for the providence of God in our work together for Him.
During the month of April, I had the privilege of speaking nine times, online, in person, in English and Chinese. One lesson was in Taichung, two lessons were in Malaysia, one lesson was delivered at the Schertz congregation, and the remainder of the lessons were presented in Clearwater, Florida. I had the privilege to conduct a gospel meeting there near the end of the month.

It was a joy and a privilege for Eta and me to be with the brethren in Clearwater, Florida. It was an added pleasure to be able to be with our son, Samuel, for the week. He was our chauffeur for the week. He took a week off from his work to be able to do this.
It was great to be able to present seven lessons during the meeting. The lessons were well-received by the brethren. We had consistent attendance during the week. We had two members who responded for prayer during the meeting.
We had many opportunities for fellowship with the brethren during the meeting. This helped us to get to know the members better.

I am thankful I am able to preach in Taiwan and Malaysia each month via the internet. We are thankful for the church in Taichung and Section 17 for scheduling me for these sessions.
Please continue to pray for all of our efforts among the Chinese people in Southeast Asia. At the end of May, Eta and I will travel to Malaysia for the Annual Chinese Asian Bible Lectureship. I will also have the opportunity to speak at three other congregations as well. I will talk more about that in the June report.
We are thankful to be able to be helpful at the Schertz church. I taught in the Wednesday night rotation and had the opportunity to lead singing on occasion. The congregation here is also very good to us.

We continue to be thankful for all of your prayers and support as we strive to work among English and Chinese speaking people around the world. Please continue to pray for all of the preachers around the world working in the Lord’s vineyard. Also, please pray for all of all brethren in the world striving to serve our Lord.
It is because of your support that we are able to continue our work among the Chinese people in Asia and other parts of the world. We could not do it without you.
